Gave up

Let's try this again. Computer screwed up, submitting a big blank nothing insted of my picture.

Ookay. Yeah. I gave up. I had just got tired and frustrated with this picture. I wanted to just move on. I mean, I've been working on this steadily since my last submission, August 7th. That, plus some new, very smooth paper I just got, and some other art supplies, acted as a catalyst toward my giving up on this picture.

Don't get me wrong, most of this I tried really hard on. The character, and lower half of the background, minus the water. Did that last, so it's really bad XD But I gave up and lost my effort, and that messed up the sky, and upper background.

I worked way too hard on this not to submit it, about four days alone just trying to get the sketch right. Two more colouring just the character. So I did put some work into it, and just lost it near the end. About half the background, the upper half, was all done today. Eager to play with my new toys, but put too much effort into this to just not finish it.

So, I like this. Except about half the background. Everything I didn't try on XD

Just ignore the background, pretend it isn't there, and you might like this picture Don't ask about the legs. I was playing around.
